If you are a brand (small or large) contemplating on whether to start up your Google+ Brand page - it is always a great idea to see what the larger corps. are doing out there. This is a great list Sam - these brands are well established, have a budget for proper social media management and can show us what works and does not work in regards to our own brand strategies.
I look forward to researching them a bit more before I commit to a full brand page - the worst thing is having a dead brand page. With that in mind, we need to know if its worth the time and energy to manage a resource like that on brand-to-brand basis.
Again - thanks for the list.
@BrianGonzales Just for the SEO, not sure a brand can ignore Google+ Brand pages. I'm predicting it will be the digital/Social Yellow Pages. Consistency is key however, as you suggested. If you're going to set up a page, be sure you have both the brand/communication strategy and the plan in place to keep the content and engagement fresh & consistent!
