How do you satisfy your sweet tooth? One way is to bake goodies at home. Baking is a lot of fun and not as difficult as you may think. There are many resources to find how-to’s and inspiration. One of those resources is the internet. Food blogs take recipes to another level by adding stories, hints, tips, and tricks.

When you want to bring out your inner baker, here are baking blogs to read when you are not reading 12 Most:

1. Cookistry

I call Donna, the blogger, Iron Baker. Anyone who can make bread shaped like a bunny or chick is a baking champion.

2. Cake Duchess

Italian cakes, cookies, pastries, breads, and other desserts.

3. Chocolate Moosey

Award winning cupcakes and cakes plus plenty of other sweets.

4. Baker Street

Something to look forward to each week is Muffin Monday. The rest of the week is filled with lots of goodies too.

5. That Skinny Chick Can Bake

Decadent desserts for any occasion.

Cookies galore! Very pretty ones too.

7. Tartelette

Many recipes for baking and sweets although the photography alone is worth reading this blog

8. A Little Bit of Everything – Roxana’s Home Baking

Scones, bread, cakes, and more. Also has vegan and gluten free baking.

9. Chocolate, Chocolate, and More

There is more than just chocolate to this blog. The main focus is baking and there are some savory recipes too.

Cupcakes, frosting, sprinkles, bread, and much more

Recipes and instructions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced bakers.

12. David Lebovitz

Pastry chef and cookbook author living in Paris.
