Republication of 12 Most Posts

reflection

12 Most posts may be republished on blog sites only.

This may be done in one of two ways: full posts and partial posts. Each method has a different set of requirements and responsibilities, as listed below, and proper attribution must be applied.

12 Most posts may not be republished or repurposed in any other media or format, including but not exclusive to ebooks, slideshows, videos, visual graphics/memes, products and/or promotional items, etc.

Republication of Full Posts

If you are interested in republishing a full 12 Most post, you must first contact 12 Most and secure the rights to do so. Our writers cannot give this permission. Only authorized publishers are allowed to republish posts in their entirety and these are the additional guidelines you must agree and adhere to:

  • You agree to not republish a full post unless you have received permission to do so (contact 12MostSubmissions@gmail.com).
  • You agree to not republish a full post until 7 days after the post was originally published on 12 Most.
  • You agree to republish the post exactly as it appears on 12 Most, with the post title and all links intact.
  • You agree that the republication will also include the full biography of the original author; again, including all links within that profile.
  • You agree to provide a link back to the url of the original post with the following anchor text “Republished with permission, courtesy of 12 Most.”

Republication of Partial Posts

If you are interested in republishing a partial 12 Most post, you are free to do so without contacting anyone at 12 Most, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You agree to publish the introductory material and list items 1–4 ONLY!
  • You agree to republish the partial post exactly as it appears on 12 Most, with the post title and all links intact.
  • You agree that the republication will also include the full biography of the original author; again, including all links within that profile.
  • You agree to provide a link back to the url of the original post with the following anchor text “To read this article in its entirety, visit 12 Most.”

Provided you follow these guidelines, you are free to republish any 12 Most post at any time. No time restriction or permission is required.

Republication Rights

Any written work submitted to 12 Most is owned by 12 Most. 12 Most grants the original author the rights of republication as stated above, as long as requests are made through 12 Most first. 12 Most expressly reserves any additional republication rights, except insofar as specific arrangements are made with additional publishers.

Contributors retain all intellectual property rights and creative rights in any other designs, graphics or images they may publish in conjunction with their posts on 12 Most, as long as they are secondary and not necessary for comprehension of the post itself. If 12 Most content is embedded within a video, slideshow or other media and is necessary for understanding the post, 12 Most retains ownership of that property.
