Peg Fitzpatrick: Managing Partner
Peg Fitzpatrick is a writer, social media butterfly and all around happy person! Peg works with Guy Kawasaki on community management, social media marketing strategy, and innovating the world of social media. She’s also the director of marketing and social media manager for Kreussler Inc. covering the online brand management and well as traditional marketing.

Paul Biedermann: Managing Partner
Paul Biedermann is Creative Director/Owner of re:DESIGN, specializing in Strategic Design, Brand Identity, Social Media and Marketing Communications. Paul creates brands of distinction by intersecting smart design with business strategies that reach, engage, and inspire people to action, blending traditional marketing know-how with leading-edge media tactics for award-winning results.
In addition to being a Managing Partner of 12 Most, he is Co-Host of My Book Club — the popular online chat with top business authors, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Social Media Association. Paul is also a writer and a speaker/guest lecturer at various media events and universities.
With a BFA in Graphic Communications from Washington University in St. Louis, Paul began his career at ABC Broadcasting before moving to a design agency that created innovative campaigns that helped put ESPN on the map. As an Art Director for the NFL, he created exciting new approaches for the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl logos during an explosive period of growth, as well as team identities, national advertising, marketing campaigns, special exhibits and licensed products. As Creative Director for The McGraw-Hill Companies, Paul spearheaded projects for such top brands as Standard & Poor’s, BusinessWeek, J.D. Power and Associates, Architectural Record, and McGraw-Hill Education.
